Plymouth College of Art
I am a Fashion Media & Marketing graduate of Plymouth College of Art who is eager to apply the diverse range of skills I have developed throughout the course of my degree to an exciting career in a creative environment. While I don't like to limit myself to specific areas, my interests do lie fiercely in e-commerce, marketing and branding. Most recently, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, I created a new skincare brand called Solace which aimed to provide comfort for people adapting to the new reality of isolation through calming skincare products and the appeal of self care as a coping mechanism. With limited resources and facilities at home during lockdown, I produced full range of prototype Solace products, styled and photographed them with just my iPhone and used these images to create a product booklet, a promotional strategy and branding guidelines. During this project, I developed my branding, marketing and styling skills in challenging circumstances, which ultimately only made the project even more enjoyable as I had to get creative and think outside the box.
Work Experience Roles: Tommy Hilfiger - Sales Assistant & Visual Merchandiser (2015 - 2020) ELM Studios - Photography Assistant (2017) PinkPepper Swimwear (2018 - Present) Pentland Brands - Design Pool Intern (2019) As part of one of my second year modules at uni, I produced a brand new product range inspired by the zodiac signs for the brand ellesse along with a marketing strategy proposing how the campaign would be promoted. I was lucky enough to be selected to present my project outcome to the senior team at Pentland Brands, the parent company of ellesse, and then rewarded with an internship at their Global HQ in London as part of their Design Pool.
