I have always had a love for patterns and textures. I am the one that has to touch everything in the shop to feel the texture. I would say that I am addicted to wallpaper and in particular geometrics, every room in my house has a pattern of some sorts. I decided that I wanted to complete a BA in Surface Pattern and Print, I haven't looked back.
I am an experimental designer and try to push the limits of what I can achieve with the different processes I have learnt. Using materials that I can find other uses for and incorporate them into my designs.
More recently I have become more interested in design particularly 3D design and how pattern can be incorporated within. This is an area I will be pursuing after my BA has finished.
I am a keen amateur photographer and have a love for flowers, foliage, bees, insects, bugs and birds.
