Biography
My name is Imogen Bradburn, I’m twenty-one and I am a final year student from Devon completing my degree at Plymouth College of Art.
I'm a photographer and photographic retoucher who works mainly with heavy set composites to create alternative reality or cinematic outputs. A common trend for my work is the deep-set blue hues and dramatic low lighting that identifies me as a creative. I am often inspired by psychology and symbolism, as well as movies, specifically leaning towards the horror, sci-fi and crime genres as they hold the heavy narrative that I like to input into my own personal work. My main source of photographic inspiration gathers from photographer Gregory Crewdson with the ominous narrative and dramatic lighting that highlights his specific photographic style.
Industry Experience
The clients I am proud of working alongside are growing artists who are building up their names in the industry and need a little helping hand and a team to complete their artistic visions. I’ve worked alongside aspiring fashion photographers, growing portrait photographers and graduating students to help give that finishing touch to their images to advertise their skills and boost their portfolio to give them that step forwards towards their goals in the industry.
