Biography
PARAGRAPH
My name is Jack and I am a 22 year old Filmmaker and Musician specialising in Directing, Sound Design and Composing. I have a great passion for film, starting off as a love for watching film and everything film related I decided to attend Plymouth College of Art's pre-degree foundation diploma course studying Creative Media Production. It was there that I realised I had a love for Directing, using my creative knowledge of moving image and artistic passion for filmmaking, working with others to create works of my own creative style.
As well as Directing I realised that my love and knowledge of music also had its place in film. I started working on Sound Design in productions, recording audio on set or working in the studio, using my knowledge of recording instruments to work on foley and redubbing dialogue. As well as this I would start to score piece for my own films. My love of film and my passion for music working alongside with my knowledge of elements such as musical instruments and music technology has really played a key part in giving me my artistic identity in the world of film.
