The cabin holds a yoga and meditation retreat which is a beneficial space for passengers who suffer with anxiety whilst flying, or who simply wish to unwind. Adding a lounge, as well as the Beyond Air Shop gives passengers a purpose to move around and explore the facilities.
This visual shows the lounge area - a social space catered to passengers who wish to socialise or perhaps enjoy a quiet drink with a selection of magazines in the intimate pod seats. There is no need to worry about turbulence as the bar provides recessed holes specifically designed for drinks to be placed into, leaving everything secure.

This visual details the Yoga and Meditation Retreat - a design providing two dividing walls completely sectioning off the area from the surrounding cabin, allowing passengers to switch off from their surroundings and fully indulge in the calming atmosphere.

This visual shows the Cocoon Pods, featuring a neutral colour palette whilst providing a variety of exciting features. The storage cabinet holds a tablet controlling lighting, the TV, sliding doors, and drinks display. The seat pads have the ability to transform into a bed; since passengers are travelling in First Class style they will be expecting to be able to put their feet up. This pod will allow them to sleep peacefully amongst the clouds.

This concept consists of tones taken out of the night sky which are used to relax the passenger and allow them to feel they are in safe hands. Navy resembles the outside surroundings with lined pattern work relating to the formation of clouds. Coral compliments this with the use of fabrics, allowing passengers to feel they are travelling to a happy and fun destination.

Most of the existing tables and chairs remained in the pub, as well as the carpet, therefore designing around these aspects was a challenging yet exciting task. This design encouraged a new target audience which is more family based, where people have the opportunity to have a friendly dining experience, as well as a sophisticated drink at the bar.
